She is an avid snowboarder, runner and hiker. As a new puppy parent, she also like to spend some time on local trails and at swimming holes trying to encourage her dog to try new things. She loves the mission of Unplugged and is so happy to be a part of this program.
This is Maggie's first year as an Unplugged leader. She's excited to share her passion for the outdoors, arts and crafts, yoga, and connecting with each other while disconnected from technology. Whether hiking, skiing, or biking on the trail, capturing and appreciating the details of the world around her, or knitting a warm, cozy hat for a friend, Maggie brings a positive energy to all that she does. She studied geography and Spanish at Middlebury College, made maps for National Geographic magazine for five years, and now does freelance work in between teaching local yoga classes and getting involved in various passion projects like Unplugged.
